For what purpose do we process your personal data?
This entity may process your personal data for the following purposes:
Contractual purpose: The processing is carried out exclusively to manage the commercial relationship. Under no circumstances will the data be used to create profiles or make automated decisions.
Purposes requiring your consent: The processing is carried out to send you the information you have requested by the appropriate means.
How long will we keep your data?
Personal data provided for the purpose of preparing quotations, preliminary contracts or requests for information will be kept for a period of one year.
Personal data provided for the purpose of managing your purchases will be kept for a period of four years from the last service provided in order to deal with any possible liabilities or requirements from the Public Administrations.
What is the legal basis for processing your data?
In the case of a commercial relationship, the legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract. You must provide the information necessary to formalise and document the commercial relationship and comply with legal obligations. This is a necessary requirement for entering into the contract, and failure to provide certain information will prevent it from being carried out.
The response to the request for information is based on express consent.

Attach a copy of your ID card or other document proving that you are who you say you are and send it to www.conservasria.com.

In the first case, we will send you an email confirming the date and content of your request. In the second case, we will send a letter to the address you provide.
Where can I go if I am not satisfied?
You can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially if you have not obtained satisfaction in the exercise of your rights.
